IE Internet is committed to offering you, the Customer, the tools to create a successful and profitable Internet presence. However, as the Internet is an internationally shared vehicle for the transportation of information, certain restrictions and Terms of Service must apply.

1. Terms & Conditions
We do not allow Adult Content.
Access to our infrastructure and network is for the client’s organisation and it’s employees only. You must not divulge the password to any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people.
It is strongly recommended that you keep an independent backup of all data stored on our infrastructure and network.
We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
We reserve the right to delete access and error logs at any time without notice.
When your account is disconnected or closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted.
In the event of a cyber security issue we reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Users must not participate in any form of un-solicited bulk e-mailing or spam.
By logging into your account, or uploading files to it, you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Disclaimer
IE internet, does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the content, comments, opinions or statements hosted by IE internet customers, banner exchange participants, advertisers, vendors or partners. Information, products, and services offered, sold or placed online belong to the respective companies or individuals who place them there and are not representative of IE Internet. The user understands that IE Internet is not responsible for the content, quality or merchantability of any information, product or service offered herein and the user must assume full responsibility to evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or other content.

IE Internet hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose by any vendor, customer, or associate offering information, products, and services through IE Internet’s web site, linked to IE Internet’s web site, or hosting with IE Internet. The user agrees that IE Internet is not responsible, and shall have no liability to such user, with respect to any information, product or service offered by others who are linked to the IE Internet web site or hosted on IE Internet servers. IE Internet shall not be liable for any damages allegedly sustained arising out of use of the information, products and services.

IE Internet’s only liability in the event of errors shall be the correction or removal of the erroneous information after verification. IE Internet will not tolerate any adult material or spamming and both infringements shall result in immediate termination and removal of the site and/or virtual server without a refund.

3. Legal Terms & Conditions
By using the services of IE Internet you are accepting the following Agreement. This agreement is made and entered between IE Internet Limited t/a MailWall, hereinafter referred to as IE Internet and the Customer, who wishes to use the services of IE Internet.
Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:

Service Description
As a World Wide Web service provider, IE Internet provides dedicated server computers which are integrated into the Internet. These server computers shall send and receive information in relationship to the World Wide Web. Customer wishes to connect to the World Wide Web utilizing the hardware and software resources of IE Internet to establish an Internet web presence on one of IE Internet’s server computers.

Conditions
The application and this Agreement constitute a binding contract between IE Internet and the Customer and does not extend to any other person or entity. The contractual period of this agreement is for a minimum of twelve calendar months and applies from the first day that the services of IE Internet are made available to the Customer. This agreement shall be deemed to expire only in the event that the Customer advises IE Internet in writing no later than thirty days prior to the end of the minimum contract period that the Customer intends to terminate this agreement. Otherwise the following years annual fee for the services supplied to the Customer shall become due and a liability of the Customer.

Warranties
With respect to the service to be provided herein, the Customer acknowledges that IE Internet makes absolutely no warranties whatsoever, express or implied. As a result, the Customer agrees that IE Internet shall not be liable to the Customer for any claims or damages which may be suffered by the Customer, including, but not limited to, losses or damages resulting from the loss of data as the result of delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions.

Information
The utilization of any data or information received by the Customer from the utilization of the service to be provided by IE Internet is at the Customer’s sole and absolute risk. IE Internet specifically disclaims and denies any responsibility for the completeness, accuracy or quality of information obtained through the services to be provided hereby.

Registration of Domain Names
The Customer acknowledges that, whilst IE Internet shall use its reasonable endeavours to successfully register the requested domain name, IE Internet shall not be obliged to accept any request to register or continue to process any registration of a domain name. The obligations of IE Internet in relation to domain name registration shall be limited to forwarding the application to the relevant naming authority and notifying the result of the application within a reasonable period after communication from the authority. IE Internet will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any renewal dates however IE Internet accepts no liability for any use or retention of any domain name which is registered. Although IE Internet will endeavour to renew domain names on behalf of the Customer. IE Internet accepts no liability for the renewal, or non-renewal, of domain names. IE Internet strongly recommends that all Customers register their domain names for the maximum duration possible. For the avoidance of doubt this is currently ten years for dot com etc. IE Internet makes no representations or warranties (expressed or implied) of any kind (and they are expressly disclaimed) with respect to availability or likelihood of successful registration of any domain name. The Customer shall check the domain name as reported on any of the IE Internet’s documents sent to the Customer, such as the invoice, customer information sheet or otherwise, is spelt correctly. In the event of any error, the Customer should notify IE Internet promptly and in any event within 24 hours of receiving such document. The Customer shall at all times comply with the terms and conditions (from time to time subsisting) for the registration of domain names published by the relevant naming authority and generally to the terms and conditions of any such authority having similar force and to which the client may become subject as a result of services provided by IE Internet. IE Internet may from time to time change the registrar that a domain is held with. The Customer agrees to allow IE Internet to do so as it sees fit and without notice.

 Registration of certain TLDs (specifically .com .net .org .biz and .info) are also subject to the following policies and regulations: ICANN Policy

Payment
The set-up fee and annual payment are due at the time the service is provided to the Customer. In the event that the Customer fails to pay for such services in advance, IE Internet shall be entitled to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and discontinue the service until payment is made. All prices quoted to the Customer for the supply of services by IE Internet are exclusive of any valued added tax for which the Customer may be additionally liable at the applicable rate.

Unilateral Service Revocation
In the event that IE Internet may at any time believe that the service is being utilized for unlawful purposes by the Customer or in contravention with the terms and provisions herewith, to but not limited to unsolicited email, hacking, and pornography, IE Internet may immediately discontinue such service to the Customer without liability.

Indemnification
The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless IE Internet from any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be initiated against IE Internet on the grounds that the web space content violates any copyright, proprietary right of any person, legal regulations, or contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous.

Changes in Terms of Agreement
We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Utilization of the service by the Customer following the effective date of such change shall constitute acceptance by the Customer of such change(s).

Entire Agreement and Understanding
This instrument and the application for Internet services constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and represent the complete and entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound hereby, and in consideration of the covenants and agreements contained herein, do hereby execute this instrument, with each party warranting their ability to enter into this agreement for the person or entity herein named as a party hereto.

Refund Policy
Domain names registered in real time (.com, .net, .eu, .co.uk) are customised goods as per instructions received and as such can not be refunded once purchased.

Orders for .ie domains that have not been supported by appropriate documentation/ do not meet with the approval of the registry will be cancelled automatically after 30 days. Orders for .ie domain names can be cancelled should the applicant not be able to support the application with appropriate documentation. No charge will be taken for unsuccessful/cancelled applications for .ie domains. Once a .ie domain name has been registered, there is no refund of the registration fee.

We hope that you will be very happy and satisfied with any product/service purchased through our website. Should any service purchased from us be found to be faulty, or differing from the description given on our website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. There is no refund for any service that has been provisioned following instruction from the customer.

Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time. Please submit cancellation in writing, by post or email, by a letter signed by the admin contact on company headed paper or by opening a support request.
There is no charge for cancellation providing we receive notification of cancellation prior to the account’s annual renewal date. No refund is provided for a cancellation.

Billing
The postal address specified for billing purposes will receive all invoices, and the email supplied for billing purposes will receive regular email statements once an account falls overdue. IE Internet will take no responsibility for suspension of services where the customer has not been forthcoming with payment for renewal of services or where the customer has not maintained accurate contact information.
