If you need to report an instance of abuse (spam, phishing, malware, etc.) by a domain we manage, please email us at. We will respond to all reports of an instance of abuse queries within 2 working days.

Making a Complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service that we provide please email. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your complaint you can escalate it by emailing our Managing Director at  We will respond to all complaints within 5 working days.

Notice of Expiry and Renewal

We advice all customers with advance notice of the expiry and renewal date of their domains at least 30 days before the date.
